As General Counsel to KMK Capital Inc., Ken provides legal advice and services on a variety of matters, including corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and financing transactions, and commercial leasing. Ken advises all entities within the KMK Capital group of companies in multiple jurisdictions, including its real estate development, property management, construction and engineering companies.
Prior to joining KMK Capital Inc., Ken worked as in-house legal counsel for an international property development company and in private practice, with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions and real estate.
Ken holds a law degree from University of New Brunswick and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 1998.
