In 1992, Kevin founded Perennial Management Limited, a property management company, which marked the beginnings of KMK Capital Inc. Under Kevin’s leadership, the KMK Capital group of companies has since grown into one of Newfoundland and Labrador’s largest, vertically-integrated real estate developer and has expanded outside Newfoundland and Labrador with developments in Alberta and the United States. The KMK Capital group of companies now contains over 40 companies that deal with all aspects of real estate development, including acquisition and development of land, construction, engineering, property management and sales and leasing.
As Executive Chairman, Kevin is focused on leading KMK Capital Inc.’s growth in the United States and across Canada, while providing leadership and guidance to the KMK Capital Inc. executive for all existing developments and operations.
Kevin obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
