Kristen Parsons

Kristen Parsons is an accomplished healthcare executive and Registered Nurse with extensive leadership experience spanning clinical care, senior living, long-term care, and healthcare innovation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University, holds a Certificate in Health Management, and is currently completing her Master of Health Administration (MHA).

Her career includes senior leadership roles with Alberta Health Services, Shannex, and Tiffany Village, where she has led complex operations, organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and quality improvement. Kristen is recognized for advancing progressive models of senior care that integrate clinical excellence, operational performance, technology, and aging in place.

As President of Senior Living with KMK, Kristen brings together clinical expertise, executive leadership, and health-system strategy to advance innovative and sustainable senior-living models focused on quality, safety, resident experience, and exceptional outcomes for seniors and their families.
