As Chief Operating Officer of KMK Capital Inc., Philip oversees the firm’s development pipeline, investment strategy, and operations across real estate, construction, and property management.
Since joining KMK in 2011, Philip has played an integral role in transforming the company into one of Newfoundland and Labrador’s largest vertically integrated real estate firms, with an expanding footprint across North America. His expertise spans development, acquisitions, financing, leasing, and sales across a wide range of asset classes, including Class A office, industrial, government, retail, and multi-residential.
Philip has represented KMK at national and local speaking engagements, earning a reputation as a respected leader in the Canadian real estate industry.
Philip holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is also a licensed real estate broker with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS®
